Rene:
Astonishingly, I have argued enough, and from now on will sing, play and dance. Everybody is invited and will be there
Jud:
Bravo Rene! You effloresce when you sing and dance and are so much more readable. To frolic, rollick, romp and play does not mean that you cannot spatchcock the more serious stuff in subtle ways. Pauses for breath twixt the Amadeusian-style interstices of quivering polytonalism will provide enough space to introduce non-musical thoughts on the nature of ontological duality. Thus when you breathlessly Begin the Beguine, features of transcendentalist terpsichorean technique can be seamlessly incorporated into the balletic routines of daseinc dance and will provide opportunities for you to sing the stuff we like to hear.
Bring *Being* to Broadway - that will make them sit up and take notice!
Rene:
I am going to play, and read Der Ister, in the Carnegie Hall. with or without help, that is irrelevant.
You are merely … public?
Jud:
Rather a warm and sympathetic member of the public - in fact I could be described as a fan of yours. ![]()
You must never ignore your public though Rene, for the public are in a way responsible for what you are.
How about a signed photograph BTW?
Rene:
as soon as my present metamorphosis becomes definitive. what sum are you offering? I have entertained
my public for nothing long enuogh, they don’ t take one seriously without money.
Jud:
And what pray has the miserable little stream the Ister got which the Thames and the River Mersey haven’t?
Rene:
you ask wrongly. There have been questions as to the Ister and the Rhine. There have been not such questions
concerning the rivers you mention. There also was no thought about the Veluwe, until i asked myself, and found
a GEschick there, because othwerwise i would not have been born in Den Haag.
It is, however, not primarily important to re-erect nations, but: EUROPE, via its backbone.
so because you had had no Hölderlin, you had to throw phosphor on Germany? On a wandering i came up to
a cemetery of German boys, near the Totenwald; the Eifel has been completely destroyed, eh… freed.
“Not just like that the rivers go through the dry. But how? They namely
have to be (put) to language. A sign is meeded, nothing less”, etc etc. (Der Ister)
