Allen,
Summer is the only time for Florida, …no lines. At the Myaka River
State Park i felt like adam in the garden, alone with the wilderness and its
critters, earth and sky, …and time, its melancholy ghosts of a stoneage
race. same on the beach, …just sea and sky, margin and horizon. genie
loci never appears midst crowds and turnstiles, …and petty subjectivity,
never gets subsumed.
At the same time, the horror of over-developement, -everything
sea-walled, canalized, diked, bridged over, cabled and electrified, paved
and landscaped, signed and lighted, …is everywhere on the coast. And
hyper-consumerism completes the debasement. And the “illegals” everywhere,
silently doing manual jobs, …they, of course, indigenes, …patronized by
our moron prez to become citizens upon paying a fine and waiting a period of
years, …devastating irony.Actually went there to work, but above still
applies. Anyway, am hoping you’ll have a moment to show me some passage of
early heid mysticism struggling to speech,…complete with your exegesis.

Some notes:

1. Not overdevelopment is the real problem. It is the mere and inevitable
limit when things become undeniable. But then the diagnosis of
overdevelopment shows itself to be the real problem. Because it keeps out of
sight the character of development, which is such that overdevelopment
cannot stay out. This is will to will. The error is earlier in the traject,
and can only be seen by eyes more beginning-like: poetical eyes. But poetry
now is itself overdevelopment of sentiment being the consequence of failing
to see the character of development by which all views on nature, society
and art are already sealed in advance.

2. In Heidegger no mysticism and no struggling. I am getting very little
answers here to the fundamental problems, because one prefers/has no other
choice than to remain within one’s own comprehension . So much more with
Heidegger. So far i have not seen ANY real taking of responsibility by
America or Americans. They seem not capable of it. Then things stop. And i
stop caring. About the mechanism i mean, not the people. (why is it
necessary to add such?).

tympan: Maybe you should stop caring about the people? In BT Heidegger
writes that care is grounded on *nullity*. Heidegger understands this as the
“call of conscience” of “guilt!” which he says is prior to morality, of
anything that can be said to be good or bad. This is “care” and also for
Dasein a way in which it faces “uncanniness” or “undisguised nulllity” (see
H286-287).

For instance: it is clear that the two new nations which were suddenly
there (Toqueville) have executed
the old world. Because one cannot afford to acknowledge this, one rather
remains within denial of
reality, with all its consequences. It is not at all necessary to find
others to blame for that.
