If I understand you correctly then, yes, I think Heidegger’s
politically philosophical writings such as his Nietzsche volumes and
in fact much of his writing throughout the 30’s and war years are
relevant as a critique of our current world order. He was a fellow
traveller of Nazism, a Nazi himself, and I’m very much interested in
his critique of power in relation to what he saw as the nihilist will
to will of Nazism and the modern post war technological project as a
whole. He is implicated and he implicates all of us moderns, both the
leaders and the led, in the question concerning technology.
