For someone not concerned with the moral problems here, you sure do throw around words like “war crimes” and “slaughter” a lot.
Do you have a moral feeling about the terms “war crime” and “slaughter”, although the latter I’d prefer to call “murder” and specifically in relation to the term “mass murder”. I’d certainly be interested in working through how you think the moral question bears on these terms, and perhaps in relation to Israeli, British, US or Nazi “war crimes” and the “terrorism” relating to the “mass murder” of women and children. Or on the other hand perhaps we could look at Jewish or Palestinian “terror” in response to to the use of overwhelming force and complete dispossession.
Are these amongst the moral concerns you have with war, suffering and violent death?
Hint: stop insulting the intelligence, and you might get a conversation about the issues with which you are “concerned.”
I’m not interested in insulting your intelligence Anthony, I’m just interested in engaging whatever intelligence the god’s have gifted you with in the problem as stated. If it’s not to your taste then no hard feelings, hopefully someone on list will be interested in this discussion.
Cheers,
Malcolm
