The Health Board in the Netherlands advises that a woman should have
children in her twenties, because children conceived after she is 40, are
hundred to thousand times more likely to have a birth handicap of some sort.
They advise that women above 40 should not conceive children, because they
ovaries are running on the last stock of ovules, which is of low quality.
So, science confirms Psalms 127:4.
