I must agree with the following from Joe…

“It is very distressing to have such difficulties with a server; and, I wonder if the moderator has considered moving the list to yahoo or to google, either of these would be highly reliable”?

I enjoy reading the comments on this list, and would like to respond more often… I am a Philosophy Major from Wofford College in SC and am now enrolled in the Master of Liberal Arts program at Winthrop University. I use a rather modern email service that has sometimes gotten through in the past, but is usually rejected by the list-server.

It is frustrating to compose a comment only to have it kicked to the curb… For example, it was necessary to draft a separate MS Word document for this post, find an alternative email server, plus cut, paste, and forward the text. This is rather cumbersome, and seems to be quite contrary to an open discourse on the objective topic.
