Now, Heidegger was considered as a way-comrade of the Nazis.

But, what is that a “way comrade”?

In Romania, after the Soviet tanks put the Communist Party in power, they
made an alliance with some Social Democrats and with renegade Libertarians.
I don’t know precisely the finer points which convinced the communists to
maintain an appearance of parliamentary democracy and make such alliance to
keep such an appearance, but it remains a fact.

Well, the question is: what did it happen later to the way comrades
themselves? They were later arrested, beaten, put it jail, tortured and
exterminated by digging for a channel to the Black Sea, and in similar
extermination work camps, in which very few could survive till liberation.
(Those who were still alive were freed during the Détente).

So, if the Nazis would have won the war, and given enough time, they would
have sent Heidegger to the extermination camp. That’s what way comrades are
for, ain’t they?
