obviously you’ve got a strong stomach, capable of swallowing even the
grossest IDF (trying to claim now that it wasn’t them dropped a thousand
pound precision bomb on the house in Cana) lies. So let’s just set aside the
massacre on the beach. What about the 6/20 hellfire attempt on a car on the
road between Jabalya and Gaza City, which missed, killing 3 children and
wounding 15? Or the 6/15 hellfire attempt killing 9? Did the Gazans
commit these too? And this is only the immediate time period with the June
28 Palestinian “act of aggression” that the official world is claiming gives
Israel the right to defend herself.

As for the hatred of the Palestinians for Israel, it’s so patently
reasonable from the historical crime committed against them and aggravated
hourly by the continued Israeli annexations and humiliations, that it were
morally disgusting were they otherwise, cheerfully accepting of the gangster
regime’s dispensation for them.

As for “why not Sri Lanka or south Thailand? read Mearsheimer & Walt.
Setting aside moral outrage (which clearly has no force with you) at the
long-standing injustice to the poor, defenseless original inhabitants of
Palestine, the excruciating misery being inflicted on the poor, defenseless
Iraqis at the instance of the Lobby, and now the Palestinians and Lebanese,
and likely soon to be their hoped for expansion of it to Syria & Iran,
there’s the hard practical effect on my material standard of living, e.g.
the sight of my greatly hoped for national health care program being used
instead to sex torture Iraqi freedom fighters, lay waste Fallujah, or fry
Lebanese babies, while Israel has first class national health care, is more
than a little exasperating. …and if that’s not enuf, the piece de
resistance in this orwellian hell, here’s Mel Gibson forced to apologize.
