I’ve never come across a satisfying leap from phenomenology to useful
insights into the geopolitical situation; from either end of the
political spectrum.

I have a pdf of the Mitchell paper. As pointed out, its mainly Later
Heidegger and not phenomenology. It’s 350 KB, which may be too much
for many mail systems, but if anyone is interested I can bung it on
an http server for a day. Let me know by private email.
