Jud,

What a sad and yet passionately put diatribe. Sadly, it is severely lacking
in any kind of argument or justification, beyond making fun. So, I will
leave you to your apparently ungrounded atheism and, with that, I am done
with this conversation (which actually isn¹t a conversation at all, as you
allow for no discussion).

Jud,

So atheism is the belief that stands in no need of justification?

Jud:

Exactly Kevin - - You got it one!

The non-existence of crap like *God* is apodeictic. Really the whole
question is so meaningless most intelligent people ignore it altogether.

Why should an atheist even demean himself by stooping so low as to even
discuss the problem of such loony ideas?

I only dumb down to their level because of my generosity of spirit and
sunny, happy disposition. ;-)

The trouble is when the religious idiots want to bomb Baghdad, or burn
somebody, or fly a plane into an office-block to kill other religionists.

Kevin:

You can believe it and have no responsibility to provide arguments for it?
How does a belief come to gain this apparently indestructible quality?

Jud:

But Atheists DON’T *believe it* Kevin - they laugh [or groan] at it.

Religious *Beliefs* don’t exist anyway - only nutty religious believers
exist [unfortunately] the world would be a far better place without them.

Atheism is not a *belief system* it is a rejection of what others [the
lunatic fringe] believe.

To reject the belief presented by some head-the-wall that a seven-legged
animated tin of sauerkraut with golden eyelashes lives on the planet Droog
is an utter disbelief in such rubbish. To subvert, twist or otherwise
practice sophistry and change the meaning of this rejection of stupidly in
order to mislead or deceive people into thinking that this atheistic
disbelief is *a belief in the truth of disbelieving what is believed by
others* is to play semantic silly-buggers games which may be acceptable in
the infantile arena of Heideggerian discourse - but in real philosophy
[rather than in a metaphysical children’s playground such as the ontological
disaster-area called Heideggerianism] it won’t wash at all.

Anyway I better go - the very thought of *the religious* makes me want to
vomit. [and I am NOT joking!]
