Thanks for your purchase, Pete. You got a good deal at google.co.uk!

It wasn’t any attempt on my part to emulate the Heidegger Gesamtausgabe. I did generate an index with names
(Aristotle, Plato, Hegel, Heidegger, etc. etc.) and entries like “value”, “use-value”, “value, labour theory
of”, “interchange”, “interplay”, “whoness”, etc. etc. but, examining the results, it seemed useless to have
simply countless page numbers for each entry. A more differentiated index of contents was necessary. So instead,
I concentrated on generating a very detailed table of contents which, I think, is far more useful.

Of course, most convenient is to have both paper and a searchable pdf-file.
