not so fast, Professor.

1: I do not waltz to the shuffling sound of Crifasi doublespeak.

if you apply these expectations to yourself; then, you aren’t finished
writing the so-called ‘reply’ you started 2008-05-08
 http://an-archos.com/pipermail/heidegger…)
because you haven’t yet addressed the *issues* raised in
 http://an-archos.com/pipermail/heidegger…

(and in *many* earlier posts where I asked you to explain how your
position is consistent with the passage from Heidegger I quoted in that
post).

all you did was hit the reply button on your emailer and paste in an
allegation that I didn’t reply to some extraneous post of yours. well,
I’ve replied. now, you’re up at the plate. take a swing — explain how
you make your position consistent with Heidegger.

you’re still up at the plate. take a swing at it — at actually
addressing the issue.

2: Time out for Remedial Logic 101

here’s you 2008-04-21
 http://www.an-archos.com/pipermail/heide…):

“How many times have I had to point out to you that a modus tollens
hypothetically presupposes what will be contradicted in the end?”

well, you’ve pointed it out so many times that I’m beginning to suspect
that you actually believe this.

obviously, you’ve gotten modus tollens confused with reductio ad
absurdum.

look for the post entitled, “Remedial Logic 101: Modus Tollens vs
Reductio Ad Absurdum”
